Patrick Devaney

Patrick Devaney is a highly experienced consultant and editor with a diverse background in education, technology, and social policy. Currently working at UNESCO since June 2022, Patrick supports the Global Education Coalition and collaborates with Digital Transformation Collaborative partners. As the Digital Future Society Think Tank Editor at Mobile World Capital Barcelona since July 2020, Patrick contributes to developing research reports and policy briefs on critical topics such as data governance and public innovation. Previous roles include editing for Softonic, consulting for the International Rescue Committee UK, and teaching English at Yes'n'You España and Academia Victoria. Patrick holds a Master's Degree in Citizenship and Human Rights from Universitat de Barcelona and a Bachelor's Degree in Law from Aberystwyth University.
