Rustem Bigari is a distinguished technology executive specializing in public sector innovation and digital transformation. Serving as the Chief Executive Director at the Digital Government Support Center from 2021 to 2025, Rustem organized the concept of AI development in Kazakhstan and established key digital government structures.
