Shereen Eldaly is an experienced program manager specializing in educational policy and system strengthening, currently working with UNESCO since January 2020. In this role, Shereen manages a large portfolio that supports the Ministry of Education in Jordan through evidence-based policy-making, focusing on data management systems, strategic planning, and crisis management. Previous roles include consulting positions at UNESCO and Caritas Schweiz, where Shereen contributed to operational workplans and program reviews. Shereen has also held significant positions in humanitarian and educational programs with organizations such as The RET and the World Food Programme. Shereen holds a Master’s degree in Public and International Affairs from the Université de Montréal and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Middle Eastern Studies from McGill University.
