Tim Mizen

Tim Mizen is a senior advisor at UNESCO, focusing on a major EU-funded TVET reform project in Iraq aimed at enhancing employability for vulnerable youth through the establishment of nine Centres of Vocational Excellence. Previously, Tim led the development of a Competency Based Training model for the Iraqi Oil Industry at EY, and served as Training Manager at Binh Son Refining and Petrochemical Co., Ltd. In a career spanning over three decades, Tim has held multiple training and development roles in prominent organizations, including eni Iraq and USAID, where contributions ranged from establishing training sectors from scratch to overseeing significant training budgets and projects in various countries. Tim obtained a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Stirling.
