First AI co-worker that helps real estate brokerages and agents be super productive, create frictionless customer experiences, and sell more!

The co-worker does the specialized, routine and time-consuming tasks with a 24/7 system that combines Whatsapp, Web views and AI models, providing the easiest-to-use and most personalized service for real estate brokerages and their potential customers. And it also augments agents’ capabilities by assisting them with key tasks directly on Whatsapp, so that they save time, effort and cost, close more deals, and enjoy work!

Ungga was founded by Alejandro Torres, Mariana Arias and Pablo Macedo after experiencing first-hand the struggles that real estate professionals face managing their workload, responding fast, sharing business opportunities, and keeping track of appointments and documents.

At Ungga we're on a mission to help real estate businesses and agents realize their full potential. We believe that by complementing and amplifying their capabilities, we can help them become super productive, sell more, and elevate their reputation in the market. We want their day-to-day to feel less like work and more like fun. We want them to have a meaningful and fulfilling life, contributing in shaping a great future of work!

We seek to leverage our combined wealth of knowledge and experience in business, innovation, technology, data science, and real estate to pursue this transformative purpose.

Ungga is proud winner of multiple recognitions and awards such as the prestigious Proptech Latam Award 2024 as the Best Tech Startup that recognizes the most innovative companies in Latin America. This award is determined by an international jury (Latam, United States and Europe) that evaluates criteria such as originality, technological qualities, innovative character, and current and future impact on the Real Estate industry.
