Max Rogan was appointed to the position of Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary in August 2021. Max is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in building teams and in mergers and acquisitions, international corporate structures, governance and compliance. Before joining Uni-Select, Mr. Rogan was Vice-President, Legal Affairs and Deputy Corporate Secretary at CGI, the multinational information technology consulting company. Prior to that, he worked in a senior legal position at WSP Global, where he played a key role in merger and acquisition and financing projects, and as a partner in the corporate department of a leading Canadian law firm.
Mr. Rogan is a member of the Quebec bar since 2004 and holds law degrees and an MBA from McGill University in Montreal, Canada.
