Frank Wind has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Frank began their career in 1981 at Arthur Andersen, where they worked in audit until 1984. Frank then moved on to Gaines & Hanson Printing, where they served as President for over 20 years, from 1985 to 2006. Following this, Frank held the role of Executive VP / CFO at Superior Plating, Inc from 2006 to 2012. In 2013, they joined Belair Sitework Services as a part-time Controller. In 2014, Frank became the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Uni-Systems, LLC. Since 2010, Frank has also been serving as the Principal at Danfer LLC.

Frank Wind completed their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting from the University of St. Thomas. Frank attended the university from 1977 to 1981. Subsequently, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree at Hamline University, where they studied from 2012 to 2014.
