Ignacio Stenta is a seasoned executive leader in people, talent, and culture management with over 20 years of experience. They have held significant roles in renowned companies such as Falabella Retail, where they led talent attraction and training strategies, and Sodimac, where they served as HR Business Partner and later as HR Manager, implementing transformative cultural and digital initiatives. Currently, Ignacio is the Director of Human Resources at Uniber, continuing to leverage their extensive expertise in the field.
