Umar Khan

Umar Khan is currently the Leader for Competence at Unibuss AS, where they lead a team of eight and oversee the competence work and apprenticeship programs. With six years of HR experience, Umar has a background in organizational development, digital learning, and employee branding. Previously, they worked as an HR advisor at Coop Norge and TINE SA, focusing on leadership and employee development, project management, and various HR processes. Umar's early career included positions as an instructor at ikt-huset as and as a shift leader at McDonald's, where they gained experience in staff training and management. They hold a Master's degree in Pedagogy, Communication, Design, and Learning from the University of Oslo.
