At Unic Hunters, we focus on finding tech talent that’s hard to reach; technical profiles that aren’t on job platforms, don’t reply to generic messages, and only move for projects they feel excited about.
We’re IT headhunting specialists. We handle each recruitment process in a personalized and close way, with both companies and candidates.
We were born as a spin-off of Óscala, an international software development company based in Valencia.
We work with tech companies that want to grow, whether landing in Spain or expanding their local teams in Valencia or other locations.
To recap: we understand the tech industry, we have many years of experience, we work with great attention to detail, and we care about doing recruitment properly, advising our clients and also those unicorns who aren’t sure what they want or who’ve never found the right company before.
