Manuela Scheid

Manuela Scheid serves as the Head of Career & Experience at unico IDtech since October 2019, focusing on People Development, Culture, Diversity and Inclusion, Employer Branding, and Employee Experience. Previously, Manuela held roles such as Head of Culture and Employer Branding at unico IDtech, and Culture, D&I and Internal Communication Manager at KARIMU INTERNATIONAL HELP FOUNDATION. Manuela's experience includes strategic planning, implementation of OKRs, and managing organizational climate and communication channels. Manuela began professional training with internships in marketing and communication, supporting various corporate initiatives, rebranding efforts, and stakeholder engagement. Manuela holds a postgraduate degree in Innovation, Design and Strategy from ESPM and a bachelor's degree from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie.
