Simone Andrade

Simone Andrade is an experienced operations manager specializing in fraud prevention, currently serving as Gerente de Operações at unico IDtech since March 2021. With a strong background in data analysis, team management, and personal development, Simone has previously held key roles at Dotz, Netpoints Fidelidade S.A., and MercadoLibre, where Simone implemented fraud prevention strategies, automated processes, and migrated customer service operations to digital platforms. Simone holds an MBA in Leadership, Innovation, and 4.0 Management from Pontifical Catholic University of Rio Grande do Sul, along with additional training in team leadership and a degree in Systems Analysis and Development from Fatec Carapicuiba.
