Unicon Real Estate first set base in Dubai in 2007 when the Dubai Real Estate Market was almost at its peak and prices were sky high. When the market crashed our focus changed towards providing our current clients with a steady cash flow from their investments and so we shifted our focus to Property Management Services which has been our backbone since then. We have maintained a healthy client base and have insured that our clients get the best RoI from their investment while keeping their property properly maintained and so our client base has increased mostly due to word of mouth. In 2013 we started expanding our team and have since then diversified to Resale, Off Plan and Rental for which we have a dedicated team of experts who are supported by a proficient Admin team which together forms Unicon Real Estate.
