We have been providing cutting-edge plastic solutions for the past 25 years. We design products from scratch, starting from design CAD/ CAM, then mould making, followed by production. We have a huge tool room, CNC machines, 20+ plastic injection moulding machines up to 1500 tons capacity, a paint shop etc.

We design and manufacture automobile parts, bike plastic parts, cooler & AC parts, helmets, TV parts, washing machine and stereo system parts along with various other components. Our clients are Ford, Maruti, LG, Pearl pet etc.

We also manufacture LED light helmets, having Li batteries by our brand name BIGPIE HELMETS along with usual helmets. We have 4 models in total being sold at Amazon and Flipkart along with offline distributors and retailers. It is the first time ISI-approved LED helmet in India launched with commercial viability.
