Daniela Koszeniewski is a professional with over 15 years of experience in Human Resources management. Currently serving as the Coordinator of People Management at Unicred, they are responsible for aligning HR strategies with organizational goals and overseeing key initiatives in employee development. Previously, Daniela held various roles in HR, focusing on recruitment, selection, training, and performance evaluation. They hold a degree in Psychology and a postgraduate specialization in Positive Psychology and Mindfulness from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Paraná.
