Marcelo Hoffmeister

Marcelo Hoffmeister has extensive experience in business management and strategic development across various sectors. Starting as an Assessor Comercial at Distribuidora de Produtos de Petroleo Ipiranga S.A. from 1999 to 2002, Marcelo focused on sales management, client acquisition, and credit analysis. Between 2004 and 2006, as a Consultor em Gestão at Applied Strategies, Marcelo specialized in market analysis and organizational restructuring for diverse industries. Subsequent roles included leadership positions at Unicred, including Superintendente from 2021 to 2024, and Director Executivo de Desenvolvimento de Negócios from 2018 to 2021, where Marcelo oversaw strategic management and business development initiatives. Prior to that, Marcelo served as Gerente Geral at Santander Brasil and Itaú Unibanco, managing agency operations and team performance.
