Lavinia Munteanu

Lavinia Munteanu is currently the Head of Project Management at UniCredit, where they manage project lifecycles and enhance the efficiency of the IT Project Managers team. Previously, Lavinia held various roles at ING, including Business Strategy Manager and Team Leader for MCSE&SME Lending, where they implemented processes and managed significant projects. With a Master’s in International Accounting and extensive experience in finance and project management, Lavinia is skilled in coordinating cross-departmental efforts and improving organizational digitalization. They began their career as an Assistant Officer at CREDIT EUROPE BANK, contributing to loan recovery reporting and data verification.
