Lu Yu is currently the Head of Change Management at Zurich Insurance and the Head of the Group Digital Office at UniCredit. Previously, Lu served as the Head of e2e Solution Delivery at PingAn Technology and as the Head of Process Optimization and Transformation there as well. Lu began their career at Standard Chartered Bank, where they held several roles including Manager of Business Solution Delivery and Project Manager. Lu holds a Master’s degree in Management Studies from the University of York.
