Holger Bock

Holger Bock currently serves as a People & Culture Strategic Partner at UniCredit since October 2022, and has been with UniCredit Leasing GmbH since February 2017 in the role of Leiter Human Resources, also contributing as an HR Business Partner on SAP HR implementation projects. Prior to these positions, Holger Bock worked at UniCredit Bank AG from August 1987 to January 2017 in various roles including HR Business Partner, Consultant, and in sales and branch management, following initial training as a bank clerk at Vereins- und Westbank AG. Holger Bock's educational background includes a Bankfachwirt degree from Frankfurt School of Finance & Management (1996-1997) and a Bankkaufmann/Bankfachwirt qualification from HLA - Flensburg (1987-1990).
