Jacopo Polverini

Jacopo Polverini has held multiple senior leadership positions at UniCredit since March 2008. Jacopo is currently the Head of Processes in Italy, the Head of Group Outsourcing & Third Parties Management, and the Head of COO Business Management. In these roles, Jacopo has been responsible for supporting various transformation initiatives and overseeing the development and implementation of digital strategies. Jacopo has also worked in roles related to global multichannel strategy, financial life products, and retail branch management. Prior to UniCredit, Jacopo has experience in retail banking and journalism. Jacopo holds a Master's degree in Banking, along with various other educational qualifications related to finance and languages.
