Lara Botta

Lara Botta currently serves as the Vice President for Small Enterprises at Assolombarda, overseeing more than 4,800 companies with a focus on international markets. In addition to this role, Lara is an Advisory Board Member for Assolombarda CSR, the Southern Milan Area Enterprises President, and holds positions related to sustainability and innovation within various organizations. As the VP and Sustainable Packaging Lead at BOTTA EcoPackaging, Lara champions innovative sustainable packaging solutions, earning multiple international recognitions. An adjunct professor in sustainability at IULM University, Lara also contributes to the UniCredit Start Lab as an Impact Innovation Expert Advisor. With a strong educational background including a Master’s in Gender Studies from The University of Edinburgh, Lara emphasizes gender equality and diversity in her professional endeavors across numerous boards and committees.
