Lavinia Munteanu

Lavinia Munteanu is the Head of Project Management at UniCredit, where they manage the life cycle of projects and enhance the efficiency of the IT Project Managers team. Previously, Lavinia served as a Business Strategy Manager and Senior Product Manager at ING, where they were responsible for product ownership and various key projects related to customer onboarding and financial services. Lavinia holds a Master's in International Accounting and a Bachelor's in Financial Audit from Academia de Studii Economice din București.
