Lu Yu is currently the Head of Change Management at Zurich Insurance and has held the position of Head of Group Digital Office at UniCredit since 2021. Prior to these roles, Lu was the Head of e2e Solution Delivery at PingAn Technology and led Process Optimization and Transformation at the same company from 2017 to 2020. Lu also has substantial experience in banking, having served in various capacities at Standard Chartered Bank from 2006 to 2014, including Manager of Business Solution Delivery and Project Manager. Lu obtained a Master’s degree in Management Studies from the University of York in 2006.
