Marcello Botti

Marcello Botti is a Digital Accessibility Manager with extensive experience in software quality assurance and IT processes management. They served as the Head of the Performance Testing Team at UniCredit Business Integrated Solutions from 2006 to 2013, before progressing through various roles at UniCredit, including IT Performance Engineer and Head of Technologies Selection and SRE. Currently, Marcello leads the Digital Accessibility Team within the Customer Centricity Center at UniCredit Group, focusing on developing internal guidelines, conducting training, and ensuring regulatory compliance for accessible design across multiple countries. Additionally, Marcello has pursued education in Informatics at ITIS "S. Cannizzaro" and is studying Computer Engineering at Politecnico di Milano.
