Massimo Noris

Massimo Noris has extensive experience in risk management and information technology, currently serving as the Head of Credit Risk ICT at UniCredit Services S.C.p.A. since December 2013. In this role, Massimo oversees a large department responsible for managing a substantial IT project portfolio focused on applications that support credit and operational risk management processes across the UniCredit Group. Massimo's prior roles include Head of GCC Modelling & Risk Governance and Head of Operational Risk & Ratings within UniCredit, as well as Senior Project Manager at Deloitte Consulting, where responsibilities included leading risk management projects related to Basel II and Solvency II. Earlier experience includes work as a Senior Risk Consultant at RVA and an Analyst at Accenture, focusing on performance improvement models in the consumer goods sector. Massimo holds a Master's degree in Project Management from the University of California, Berkeley, and a five-year degree in Management Engineering from Università degli Studi di Bergamo, complemented by participation in an Erasmus program at Universidad de La Laguna.
