Peter Kilby

Peter Kilby is the Head of IT at UniCredit, overseeing application support and development for nine banks in the CEE region. With operational responsibility for both maintenance and development, they manage teams in London and Budapest, with a focus on budgetary oversight and process evolution. Peter has extensive cross-border experience in Europe and a proven track record of transferring centers of excellence from the UK to Budapest without significant business disruption. Prior to this role, they held positions at various financial institutions including IBM Securities and Capital Markets and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development.
