Serena Robba

Serena Robba, PhD, is currently the Head of IT Governance for Global Core Banking and Wealth Management areas, overseeing digital solutions for retail banking customers. Previously, they held positions as a Central PMO at Intesa Sanpaolo and as a Governance Specialist at UniCredit, where they contributed to strategic project management and portfolio oversight. Serena completed a PhD in management at Università degli Studi di Palermo, focusing on R&D alliance timing in the bio-pharmaceutical industry, and has presented research at international conferences. Their educational background also includes a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree, both in Management Engineering, from the same institution.
