Simona Murru

Simona Murru is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources and organizational development. Currently, Simona serves as the Head of the People&Culture Process Simplification team at UniCredit, focusing on the simplification and digitalization of HR processes, along with the measurement of qualitative and quantitative KPIs since April 2022. Prior to this role, Simona held multiple positions at UniCredit from April 2004 to February 2022, including HR Transformation Budget & Projects Manager and Senior HR Project Manager, among others. Earlier career experiences include HR Business Partner/Manager at A.T. Kearney, HR Coordinator at Framfab, and positions at Ernst & Young Consultant SpA and Umberto Allemandi & C. S.p.a. Simona holds a Master’s Degree in Modern European Language and Literature from Università degli Studi di Torino and a Master’s Degree in Labor Law from Scuola di Formazione IPSOA.
