Diego Luft is a Senior Training and Development Analyst with over two decades of expertise in Occupational Safety and Quality. They have extensive experience in designing, implementing, and managing Integrated Management Systems (SSMAQ), with a deep understanding of standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and SASSMAQ. Diego has dedicated more than ten years to education and training, having taught technical courses in Safety, Quality, Administration, and Logistics, and developed customized training programs for various industrial sectors. Currently, they are furthering their education at Universidade Positivo while continuing to promote safer and more efficient work environments through their strategic focus on risk management and performance optimization at Unidas.
