David Pugh

David Pugh is an experienced financial leader with a robust background in high-growth, private equity-backed companies. Currently serving as Group CFO at UNiDAYS since July 2024, Pugh has previously held the CFO position at EA-RS Group Ltd, Horizon Care and Education Group, and Nationwide Accident Repair Services Group, among others. Pugh's expertise encompasses M&A activities, financial strategy, and operational transformations, successfully overseeing multiple acquisitions and significant revenue growth across various sectors, including healthcare and automotive services. With extensive experience in board leadership and financial management, Pugh also served as NED and Chair of Finance at Leonard Cheshire Group and has a strong academic foundation from Cardiff University with a degree in Economics.
