Seble Daniel

Seble Daniel is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in gender equality, women empowerment, and public health services. Since December 2019, Seble has been serving as a National Gender Expert at UNIDO, focusing on gender equality and occupational safety within the Leather Initiative for Sustainable Employment Creation project. Previously, Seble was the Fit-for-Work Program Manager at Marie Stopes International-Ethiopia, enhancing sexual and reproductive health services for women. Additional roles include Gender Officer at Catholic Relief Services, where efforts were directed towards gender mainstreaming and disability inclusion, and Gender Advisor at Management Sciences for Health, leading gender empowerment initiatives. Seble's early career involved capacity building as an Applied Learning Specialist and Training Officer at the International Institute of Rural Reconstruction, along with teaching geography in various schools. Seble holds a Master's degree in Gender Studies from Addis Ababa University and a Bachelor of Education in Geography and Environmental Studies from Alemaya University.
