Tally Einav is currently serving as the Representative and Head of Office at the United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO) since 2010, supporting the Deputy to the Director-General on policy and management issues. Additionally, Tally coordinates the African Agribusiness and Agro-Industries Development Initiative, aimed at alleviating poverty through enhanced agricultural value chains. Prior experience includes a role in the Global Initiative to Fight Human Trafficking at the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC) from 2007 to 2008. Tally's educational background includes a Master of Arts in Organizational Development from Tel Aviv University and a Bachelor of Arts in Communications and Political Science from the University of Haifa.
