UNIDOS ERG Collaborative was founded by a group of passionate Latina/o ERG leaders. Our goal is to create a platform where ERG leaders across the country can connect, educate, and inspire other ERG leaders. The objective is to move beyond theory and spotlight the best leaders who can share how they have been able to execute ERG capabilities within their organization.
