Stacy Redding

Stacy Redding has worked in the healthcare industry since 2013. Stacy began their career at Coastal Rehab and Sports Medicine as an Office Administrator in 2013. During their time there, they launched a start-up EMR system and ensured that physicians remained updated on their credentials for continued practice and compliance. Stacy also vetted and contracted new insurance carriers and deployed an understanding of eligibility requirements. In 2017, Stacy moved to the same company in the role of Office Administrator. During this time, they facilitated the complete turnaround of a previously failing billing department and incorporated a new accounts receivable process, which minimized outstanding balances, identified missing payments, and collected debts within a timely manner. Stacy also utilized their billing expertise to recover more than $100K in revenue. Stacy is currently working as the Revenue Cycle Manager at Uniform Teeth, a role they began in 2021. In this role, they successfully spear-headed the adoption of insurance billing allowing for more sales by offering a lower treatment cost to patients. Stacy also constructed payment tracking spreadsheets to monitor expected cash flow as well as denials, which are used to report anticipated annual revenue along with monthly revenue.

Stacy Redding received an A.S. in Business Administration from Daytona State College and a Certified Professional Coder certification from AAPC in 2020.
