Joel Shoop

Joel Shoop is an experienced design professional with a robust background in user experience (UX) and visual design. Currently serving as the Experience Design Practice Manager and Senior UX Design Consultant at Unify Consulting since June 2019, Joel previously held leadership roles at Premera Blue Cross, where Joel improved the web experience for over 2 million members, and at projekt202, focusing on design improvements for Amazon Web Services. Additional experience includes positions at Filter, LLC, HTC, Valve Corporation, and a decade-long tenure at designSHOOP, where Joel worked on various design projects for numerous clients. Joel holds a Bachelor of Arts in Design and Visual Communications from Western Washington University.
