At Verizon Wireless, Joyce held multiple senior roles, including Director of Process Design & Engineering, Director of the Wireless Project Management Organization, and Director of Business Sales for the Pacific Northwest, leading teams in business transformation, project management, and customer operations. Joyce holds a degree in Business Studies from Washington State University.
