Stephen McHale

Stephen McHale is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership and technology innovation. Currently serving as Chief Executive Officer at Graici since June 2021, McHale focuses on adaptive engagement technology. As Co-Founder and Director of Unify Labs, a nonprofit tech innovation center established in 2017, McHale is dedicated to fostering inclusive prosperity through collaboration among various professionals. McHale has been the Chairman of the Board at Arrive Health since 2017 and a member of the Board of Directors at Axuall, Inc. since June 2021. Previously, McHale served as CEO and Chairman at Explorys, an IBM Company, from September 2009 to June 2017, and held the same titles at Everstream and USConnect during the late 1990s. McHale's educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Management Information Systems from Bowling Green State University (1979-1983).
