Quality should be one of the most valued standards in education. In a society that tends toward mass production and consumption, there are still those whose primary concern is content and authenticity. Such is the idea of ‘boutique schooling’- an idea that we have adopted at Uniglobe School. Boutique School is an innovative new concept of quality education adopted by schools located in urban city centers where land is scarce but resources are plentiful.

We are a school that provides holistic and high-quality education in the heart of Kathmandu. Uniglobe School has all the resources and facilities of a big-school with a pastoral small-school feeling - just like a “boutique school”!

What does a student need for learning? Well-designed, safe classrooms, ambient environment, a nationally recognized and focused curriculum, approachable teachers who ensure personalised learning, a well-stocked relevant library, laboratories, hygienic cafeteria and spaces for play and community gathering.

One does not need acres of campus for learning, opportunities to widen the educational experience are enough.

A unique approach of the school is its emphasis on relationships – moving beyond just teacher to student interaction, to teacher-parent, student-student, parent-parent interaction, and school administrators who are far more involved with individual students than they could be in a larger school situation. We also believe in partnerships with other educational organizations that have specialized expertise in their subject areas so that children get exposure to concepts and skills outside the curriculum.
