UniHouse Global Ltd is a UK-headquartered international advisory firm that designs and delivers structured capacity development systems aligned with national priorities, labour market demand, and measurable development outcomes.

Operating at the intersection of advisory, implementation, and evaluation, UniHouse supports governments, development institutions, and private sector partners in translating strategy into verifiable and auditable results across education, workforce, and economic development systems.

The firm delivers integrated interventions across six core areas:

• Education Reform & Assessment
• TVET & Workforce Development
• Digital Workforce & Gig Economy Activation
• MSME Development & Entrepreneurship
• Infrastructure Capacity Building
• Scholarship Programme Management

UniHouse applies proprietary frameworks to ensure that all programmes are designed, implemented, and measured with clear outcomes and long-term impact:

• WEE™ (Workforce & Entrepreneurship Engine) — linking skills development to verified income generation
• CDEF (Capacity Development Evaluation Framework) — ensuring measurable, auditable outcomes aligned with Results-Based Management principles
• SMEF 2.0 (Scholarship Management & Evaluation Framework) — evaluating scholarship systems across individual, institutional, and system levels

Through these frameworks, UniHouse delivers structured systems that move beyond training to enable workforce activation, institutional strengthening, and sustainable economic participation.

The firm’s work is implemented in partnership with governments and development institutions across the Middle East, Africa, and Central Asia, supporting programmes funded by international organisations including the World Bank, UN agencies, and bilateral development partners.

UniHouse is also the developer of Ostathi, a digital workforce platform connecting capacity development to verified income through a single auditable system.
