UniHouse Jordan is the regional delivery arm of UniHouse Global Ltd, implementing structured capacity development and workforce systems across Jordan and the wider Middle East.

The team supports governments, development partners, and private sector stakeholders in translating strategy into measurable and verifiable outcomes aligned with national priorities and labour market demand.

UniHouse Jordan leads programme delivery across six core areas:

• Education Reform & Assessment
• TVET & Workforce Development
• Digital Workforce & Gig Economy Activation
• MSME Development & Entrepreneurship
• Infrastructure Capacity Building
• Scholarship Programme Management

Programmes are delivered in collaboration with government entities, development partners, and private sector stakeholders within internationally funded initiatives across Jordan and the region.

Through UniHouse frameworks — including the Workforce and Entrepreneurship Engine (WEE™), Capacity Development Evaluation Framework (CDEF), and SMEF 2.0 — UniHouse Jordan ensures interventions are designed, implemented, and measured with clear outcomes and long-term impact.

UniHouse Jordan also supports Ostathi, a digital workforce platform connecting skills development, certification, marketplace participation, and verified income generation into a single auditable system.

UniHouse Jordan does not deliver standalone training programmes. It implements structured systems that link capacity development to measurable outcomes aligned with national and regional development priorities.
