Anouk Robert's work experience begins in 2001 as a Creative Intern at Atelier Roger Pfund. In 2007, they worked as a Marketing Intern at Scarritt Bennett Center and as a Creative/Art Director Intern at MMA Creative and World Food Championships. From 2008 to 2009, they served as a Junior Creative/Art Director at Profero, VCCP, Intelligent Marketing. In 2012, they became an Associate Brand Manager at Procter & Gamble and Coty inc. (Business acquired) for the Global METRO brand. Anouk then moved on to become a Senior Associate Brand Manager for HUGO BOSS Global Fragrances from 2014 to 2016. As a Senior Marketing Manager for Gucci Global Fragrances from 2016 to 2017, Anouk revitalized the brand's Christmas strategy and developed marketing campaigns. From 2017 to 2018, they worked as the OPI International Senior Trade Marketing Manager at Coty Inc. In 2020, they joined DocMorris as the Head of Digital Marketing and Branding, leading the rebranding of the company and launching successful campaigns. In 2024, they became the Head of Marketing at Unilabs.

Anouk Robert holds a BA in Graphic Design and Visual Communications from HES-SO Haute école spécialisée de Suisse occidentale, obtained between 2002 and 2006. Anouk then pursued an MA in Creative Advertising at Falmouth University from 2007 to 2008. Finally, they completed their education with an MSc in International Management, with a focus on Cross-Cultural Communication and Business, at the University of Applied Sciences and Arts Northwestern Switzerland FHNW from 2009 to 2011.
