Patrick Skinner has 33 years of commercial real estate experience in the Minneapolis and St. Paul, Minnesota market. Patrick joined Unilev Management Corporation in 2008 as the Chief Management Officer for Minnesota. In 2022, they became the Director of Portfolio Asset Management at CIG Investor Holdings. Additionally, they have served in various leadership roles including Member and Treasurer of the Board of Directors for the St. Paul Downtown Improvement District, Past Member and Treasurer of the Board of Directors for the Three Rivers Park District Foundation, and Past Board Chair of St. Paul BOMA. Patrick also served as the Past Vice Chair of the City of St. Louis Park Charter Commission.
Patrick Skinner attended the University of Northern Colorado from 1980 to 1984, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration.
