Anandi Shankar

Anandi Shankar is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience at Unilever since July 2004. Currently serving as Global Head of Learning, Anandi leads the development of skills and leadership for 150,000 employees across 150 countries. Previous roles include Head of HR for Beauty & Personal Care & Nutrition in South Asia, where Anandi managed HR for a $5 billion business. Additional key positions held include General Manager HR for Talent, Organization and Integration, overseeing the integration of the Nutrition category post-merger, and General Manager Human Resources for Customer Development, managing a workforce of over 2500 direct employees. Anandi's career began as a Business Leadership Trainee at Unilever, complemented by an MBA in Human Resources Management from Sydenham Institute and a BA in Psychology from St. Xavier's College.
