Benjamin D. is a seasoned Food Safety and Quality Assurance professional with extensive experience in the field. They held positions at Ingredion Incorporated as a Lead Chemist and in various roles within Quality Control. Currently, Benjamin serves as the Director of Food Safety and Quality Assurance at DIANA'S and has previously worked as a Food Safety and Quality Assurance Manager at Cheese Merchants of America and Home Chef. Benjamin also gained valuable research and teaching experience during their graduate studies at Illinois State University, where they earned both a Master’s and a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry. Presently, they are the Quality Manager at Unilever.
