Debora Cedrone

Debora Cedrone is currently the HR People Partner Lead at Unilever, where they focus on talent management, employee relations, and continuous improvement of HR policies. Previously, they worked as a Human Resources Specialist at CDS, a Hewlett Packard Enterprise company, and as a National Professional Consultant at QiBit Italy. Debora has also held roles in education as a Latin and Greek instructor and as a Buyer in Procurement & Logistics at ABB. They hold a Master’s degree in International Human Resources Management and an Executive Master in Personnel Administration and Labor Law.
