Fred Soderstrom

Fred Soderstrom is a Senior Quality Manager specializing in Regulatory and Compliance at Unilever, where they have worked since 2016. They previously held roles at Unilever as Laboratory Manager and in Group Quality Excellence, and began their career at Jacob Suchard as a Microbiology Project Leader. Fred also served as Assistant Quality Manager at Bestfoods from 1989 to 1999. They earned a B.S. in Biology with an emphasis in Microbiology from Northern Illinois University and a Master of Science in Food Safety and Technology from the Illinois Institute of Technology.
