Gary Smith

Gary Smith has extensive experience in the food and dairy industry, currently serving as Sourcing Unit Manager at Unilever since September 2007, where responsibilities have included managing sourcing operations and previously acting as Plant Manager. In 2018, Gary Smith led the integration of Weis Frozen Foods into Unilever as Sourcing Unit Director. Prior experience spans various leadership roles at Murray Goulburn Co-Operative Co. Limited., including Factory Manager and Technical Manager, beginning as ISO Coordinator in 1993. Gary Smith holds a Graduate Diploma in Applied Science (Dairy Technology) and a Bachelor of Science Education in Biology from the University of Melbourne.
