Heike Steiling is a seasoned executive and innovative leader with over two decades of experience in R&D, currently serving as the Chief R&D Officer for Unilever Foods. With a background rich in international experience, Heike has worked extensively across Europe and Asia, including significant roles at Nestlé where they managed diverse teams and spearheaded various innovation initiatives. Heike's academic achievements include a Master's degree in Chemistry and a Ph.D. in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from reputable institutions. They are also involved as a board member for Alimentrium and IngCH MINT for our future.
