Prior experience at Unilever includes roles such as Senior R&D Strategy & Operation Manager for global Skin Care and Senior R&D Manager for Personal Care Deploy China, where Iris supported category strategy generation and coordinated strategic reviews. With a career spanning nearly two decades at Unilever, positions also included leadership roles in Technical Management across both China and the Philippines. Iris holds a Master's degree in Applied Chemistry from East China University of Science and Technology, obtained in 2004.
