Jane Albert

Jane Albert is a Food Product Development professional with extensive experience in project and product management, particularly within dry and wet portfolios. They held the position of Development Associate at Hindustan Unilever Limited from 2011 to 2014, focusing on product development in jams and savoury mixes. Prior to that, they worked at VKL Spices and Seasonings from 2007 to 2010, where they specialized in seasoning creation and product design for quick service restaurants. Currently, Jane is a Technical Project Leader at Unilever, managing end-to-end projects for black tea beverages and herbal infusions. They are pursuing a Master of Business Administration in Food and Agribusiness and have previously obtained a B.E. in Food Processing and Preservation Technology.
